    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of bill as follows:

    H. B. 4247 –- “A Bill to amend and reenact §29-21-13a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to increasing the compensation of court appointed panel attorneys who represent individuals in abuse and neglect, juvenile, criminal and other proceedings.”
